APPOINTMENTS Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you need to schedule or change an appointment, please call us at (314) 989-1091. In case of an emergency the service can be reached by calling (314) 995-0725. FEES AND INSURANCE The office accepts assignment for Medicare and assists patient in filing any secondary insurance. We are on most PPO, POS and HMO plans. Patients need to verify, before an appointment is made, that our office is on a particular plan. It is the responsibility of the patient to ensure they have the necessary authorization or referrals, if needed, before they are treated in our office. All co-pays and/or deductibles are to be paid at the time of service. PRESCRIPTIONS Medication request or refills are handled during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Refill requests must be made at a minimum of 48 hours before the medication is depleted. Prescription request during the weekends will be called in on Monday morning.
